This notice contains the legal terms and conditions that govern the website www.happytobee.it.   By accessing the website www.happytobee.it, users undertake to accept and agree to comply with all conditions within this declaration.   www.happytobee.it reserves the right to ask customers who do not accept or do not intend to respect these terms, to refrain from using the website www.happytobee.it.   Access to the site and related services is intended for personal use only.   Viewing the website www.happytobee.it provides customers with information about the products along with the possibility to purchase them.   Happy to bee publishes information on its site in order to provide a service to its customers, however it declines all responsibility for any potential technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.   Happy to bee reserves the right to make changes to the site if deemed necessary without any prior notice. Happy to bee declines all responsibility for any damage, risk or problem that the user may encounter while using the site. Happy to bee declines all responsibility relating to any malfunctions related to the deactivation of cookies in the user’s browser.   Happy to bee reserves the right to review and amend the terms and conditions contained in this legal notice, wheresoever deemed necessary, without any prior notice. The user is required to abide by the terms contained in this legal notice, and to periodically check for updates and corrections.   To place orders on Happy to bee customers must:   – Have reached the age of majority and therefore possess the necessary requisites to be able to enter into legally binding contracts. – Be in possession of a valid credit card, or a verified PayPal account or a bank account for payments – Have a valid e-mail address   Happy to bee by Lucia De Biasio with registered offices in Viale Augusto Righi, 107 50137 Florence, reserves the right to use personal data, provided voluntarily by customers, in compliance with current regulations (Articles 13 et sec of Legislative Decree 196/2003). Therefore, customers are invited to periodically visit this section to remain updated on changes relative to the current legislation.   The data provided voluntarily by users will in no way be communicated or disclosed to third parties.   In the case of payments made by credit card, the essential information required for the transaction (credit / debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the data processor or possibly to companies responsible for fraud control. Third parties will not have access to this information in any way. This information will neither be displayed nor stored by Happy to bee.   However, Happy to bee cannot guarantee its customers that the security measures adopted for the site and for the transmission of data and information on the site are able to exclude any risk of unauthorised access or loss of data on personal devices pertaining to the user.   For that reason, we suggest site users to make sure their computer is equipped with the adequate software for the protection of data transmissions over the network (updated antivirus) and that the internet provider has adopted suitable security measures for data transmissions over the network.   Happy to bee informs its buyers that they can exercise their rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.   Buyers have the right to request the following information from Happy to bee:  
  • confirmation as to whether or not their personal data exists
  • communication of the data and its source
  • the reason and purpose of its existence and use
  The request for the above information can be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except for those cases where just cause subsists: cancellation or modification of such data due to violation of law; cancellation of data that are not used for the reasons for which they have been collected.   Returns:   If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the unused items can be returned and exchanged for a different model or colour within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods.   The item must be in excellent condition, it must not show any signs of damage and it must be returned with the price tag and in its original shipping packaging.   Instructions for Returns:   Send an email to: happy@happytobee.it Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.   Refunds:   The refund will be processed as soon as the returned item arrives at the Happy to bee warehouses and the item has been inspected and verified. For orders paid by credit card, the refund amount will be accredited to customers in about 15 days, and will be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the financial institution of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.   The return shipment must take place within 28 days of receiving the order.     TERMS AND CONDITIONS   In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or errors occur in shipments carried out byHappy to bee, photographic evidence will be required before returns are authorised.   Returns authorised by Happy to bee must be shipped from the same country to which the order was delivered.   Happy to bee reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns or returns that do not comply with all of the expected conditions. In this case, the goods will be returned to sender at the original shipping address.   Any acceptance of such returns will entail a charge equivalent to 20% of the total value of the returned goods.   For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
